Exe Majestic Hotel Naples

This place is located in the nicest area of Napoli, surrounded by great bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, offering enhanced comfort and quality amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were always happy to help with any request, providing excellent room service and making my stay even more enjoyable.

I would definitely recommend this venue to family and friends.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a common private entrance, perfect for us as two couples. The reception staff, especially Roberta, went above and beyond to assist us, making phone calls and translating for us. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a penthouse ocean view junior suite. The hotel's location was fantastic, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The staff was polite and helpful, assisting us with restaurant reservations and taxis. We also appreciated the convenience of having adjoining rooms for our children.

We felt completely satisfied with our stay, no complaints whatsoever.

I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Naples. The location was excellent, near elegant streets, and the room was clean.

Well-designed rooms with guest comfort in mind. Located in a clean and safe suburb, great for shopping and dining. Helpful staff for recommendations. Easy access to metro and bus stations, with plenty of nearby restaurants.

We loved staying here. The hotel is located in a great area, close to high street shops and restaurants. It felt very safe and had great views of the coastline. The room had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff were always there to help with any requests.

The hotel's location near the sea and shops was convenient. The subway station near Alpenblick made it easy to explore the city. The spacious rooms and well-equipped bathrooms provided a comfortable stay. The staff's service, including room cleaning, was excellent. Though the breakfast had room for improvement, the hotel offered snacks and had a decent selection. Additionally, some rooms had stunning views of the surrounding area, such as the Vesuvius and the Isle of Capri, adding an extra touch to the experience.

The location of the hotel is great, with plenty of options for fresh fruit in the surrounding area. You can find an abundant supply of high-quality fruit in smaller local cafes and markets in the Chiaia neighborhood.

The hotel failed to fulfill our request for a bigger taxi when we needed transportation.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a safe area where I could feel comfortable walking at night. The location was perfect, being near the train station and in the Chiaia neighborhood. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast served on the top floor terrace had amazing views, and the hotel facilities were wonderful.

During my recent stay at Exe Majestic, I was impressed by the fine views from the Junior suite on the 10th floor. The bay of Capri was a amazing sight to wake up to and enjoy the sunset. The hotel's location in a good area of Naples made it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were helpful, especially Frank, who provided excellent service. The room itself was clean and well-equipped with modern amenities. I also appreciated the late check-out time of 12pm, giving me ample time to relax before departure. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Excellent location in the heart of the shopping and dining district, with beautiful views of the bay and Capri. The staff were lovely and very helpful, especially Frank and Roberta. The rooms were super clean and well-equipped, with modern amenities. The hotel is conveniently located near the port, making it easy to take day trips to places like Ischia and Pompeii.

Some of the rooms had a tired feel and were not what was shown in the pictures. The aircon switches were worn out and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
